Bump out of interest
Is sad boy the new lingo used by bourgeoisie to mock the suffering of others? Cool, I guess the school shooter jokes were getting a bit stale, let's admit.

Why are you talking like a retard that thinks they're an intellectual
Either way though "sadboy'' is a stupid term

Quit being such an overly defensive faggot. No one gives a fuck about your borderline paranoid schizophrenic ideas that every word/phrase is intended as a method of oppression.

Uh O, bourgeoisie are now backtracking a little bit woah woah IT WAS JUST A JOKE, MON

Really enjoying Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
Happiness is his best song

>everyone who isn't as retarded as me is a member of the bourgeoisie out to get me
Wew lad. You're a fucking moron

I love his s/t to death

God I fucking hate this album. Literally "I'm not a popular girl ))):" whinging. And she was like 30 when she recorded that, embarrassing.
The only redeemable track is A Psychopath and maybe Phantom Love because at least on the former she cares about something other than her petty social problems, and on the latter she doesn't fuck it up with her awful lyricism.
Everything bad about the 90s is encapsulated in that album.

The complexity of it and the depth of her introspection are what make it such a marvel for me, like the album in full has almost a loose narrative that culminates into a really beautiful sense of resolution coming from the disorder that it stems from in the first place. The things about it you don't like are subjects that it's easy to handle badly but I think she does it brilliantly. It's something that could have been done pettily but the existential degree that she channels all of her feelings about this stuff is a strength.
Either way though the arrangements on this album make it great in itself, A Guy Like You is somewhat cheesy (like a lot of the songs on the album, and her work in general) but that song's music itself is one of the most beautiful things that I know of.

if you hate it then how do you know how old she was

No proletariat has ever used the word buorgeisie
Calling somebody that is a literal sign pointing toward you saying, "I AM BUORGEISIE"
Stop baiting, antifa scum
By the way, Sun Kil Moon's songs are all whining and moaning about how hard it is growing up in Ohio. I lived in the bumfuck Ohio that he is talking about and I can safely say that there's nothing worthwhile to complain about.
early billy bragg fits that description
