Some random reccs:
Ta-ku (Australian producer)

Clams Casino
Don't listen to the metal faggot.
You have good taste. Use a service like Spotify along with your existing library to find new shit.

There's more to Jazz than Miles, start there
if you like Flying Lotus and are open for jazz; check out some avant-garde and free jazz. Ornette Coleman is the obvious starting point (and for good reason, The Shape of Jazz to Come is a masterpiece).
look for electronic recommendations outside of /mu/ and Pitchfork. Boomkat, despite not being a publication for criticism, is a great way to find great music, new and old.

Will do, need to get more familiar with experimental jazz tho, thanks!
I'd recommend Arthur Russel - World Of Echo, Edu Lobo - Missa Breve, and the Catherine Ribeiro + 2Bis album

Use the /mu/ essentials chart, I'd recommend trying artists with smaller discographies (i.e. Big Black, Minor Threat, Sleep etc.). Furthermore listen to each album in a bands discography at least 10 times to get a good feel of what the band's about and read up about them as it helps you to appreciate the music to a greater degree. As for recommendations (excluding any artists mentioned on the essentials chart), try the following;
>Chapterhouse - Whirlpool (1991, Dream pop/ shoegaze, 39:30. Highly recommend as an entry into the shoegaze sub-genre, combines aspects of dream pop with that of the madchester scene). Sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PsN_DfnHQU
>Lightning Bolt - Wonderful Rainbow (2003, Noise rock, 41:40. Great place to enter the noise rock sub-genre). Sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Rha2EeCSu0
>Shabazz Palaces - Black Up (2011, Experimental hip-hop, 36:01). Sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUEXhQEtMTk
