Charts, lists, etc.
I can't do this by myself and neither can you.
anything good come out yesterday? New Matthew Revert was supposed to be out on the 8th actually, but it doesn't look like it's up on the Kye website.

My highest rating was to Paramore unfortunately so decent yes but If anything really good came out then I didn't find it.
I couldn't wait for you to post so I went ahead and started Eye Candy which is looking at a 2/5

glad someone else made a thread. the only way it lets me post in australia is via mobile networks which is annoying as
anyway, been really into this brendan byrnes - neutral paradise album. a bit of microtonal (which im always keen on) synthpop type stuff.

I listened to the first about ten minutes of Felicia Atkinson and literally fell asleep although maybe I just thought I did seriously. Interesting, looking forward to picking it back up in a little bit. Pretty hypnotic although I'm not exactly sure yet if it's in a good or bad way for me. Not exactly the most familiar territory to me I'll admit.

Starting Hadouk now. I can always use more flutes.
>>72750189
yeah that's fair. it's a very particular approach and I only ever listen to it in the midday because yeah, if you're listening when you're in a position where you could fall asleep, there's a very good chance that that's going to happen. It's the contemporary thing exciting me the most, but if that one isn't a good fit for you I'd still have a couple others on here that I think you might find work for you. Like that Nicole Mitchell album is some really great jazz that's on the avant-garde side of things, moreso in the first half but even there, it's pretty listenable and direct. And that Taiwan Housing Project album is some great noisy rock, if you're into Guerilla Toss at all it's worth checking out, no risk of falling asleep during that one.

posting again about the Nicole Mitchell album because she's a flutist so if you're looking for some good flute, she's got it.
>>72750385
Ok pausing Hadouk and starting Nicole now. Pretty spooky so far.

Naïssam Jalal plays the flute too (and nay)
>>72750401
Ok I was kinda kidding about the flute thing full disclosure although I'm certainly not opposed to it. This Nicole albums pretty crazy so far. I can't even imagine being there live. I'd probably freak out.
>>72750401
I'll snag em both, I'm feeling the flute
>>72750155
Awesome, glad you liked it
