let's face it, HTTT is a musical failure
apart from this, In rainbows CD2 let alone has very little relevancy , the king of limbs is still pretty weak, only thing that really stands out in bottom row would be In Rainbows and AMSP which are easily top 3 for me

Top Row. It's not even a contest.

HTTT is inconsistent and InRainbows disc 2 is half filler.

I like to call the top row and HTTT "the good ones" and the other ones "garbage"

Nope. Sure, a couple of songs are kind of mediocre (I'm looking at you We Suck Young Blood) but besides those 2 or 3 tracks the rest of the album is consistently great, and in my opinion better than The Bends, and at least equal to In Rainbows. There There, Sail to the Moon, Go To Sleep, The Gloaming, Backdrifts, A Punch Up at a Wedding, Where I End and You Begin, and A Wolf at the Door are among the best songs in their discography. Plus, the b-sides Gagging Order and Paperbag Writer from that era are great too.
