I just think it's your own fault if you suspect any album will be the pinnacle of an artist's discography or AOTY, and it ends up falling flat. Paramore is a guilty pleasure of mine, and I really enjoyed the last album. The first single on this "Hard Times" was also pretty good but the rest of the album is just such a let down.

Not because I actually expect things out of Linkin Park but because they actually made a good album with A Thousand Suns and I expected them to further improve, not release their worst album to date. They're one of my favourite bands. Lesser Matters is unquestionably their opus but Running Out Of Love saw them doing some really interesting things which I grew to appreciate on repeat listens.
