press the write button two times.
use the arrow keys to get to 1 of 99 storage locations.

when you want to back up, connect to USB, search RC-3 folder for .wav , dump all that in a folder. format the RC-3 , start all over again.

my humble advice from one song writer to another is try to fill the thing up with at least 1 looped riff every day. sometimes it is hard but just dont break the chain. pretty soon you have this huge pool of ideas to pull from and you can piece together an album

also, I'm sorry but, RTFM. the manual seems thick but it is just the same thing over again in 6 different languages. this a streamlined looper but it does have some hidden functions you might enjoy the fact you change whether or not first loop is overdub mode or play mode.

saved loops can be time stretched.
