What is your opinion on this album?
pretty good. Listen to it every now and then. It's a bit spotty and the charm wears off after maybe 5 listens. But it's fun to go back on every now and them. Couple fantastic songs on it
6.5/10
used to really like it, kind of painful to listen to know though. and not in a sad way, just in an overly histrionic secondhand embarrassed kind of way. it doesn't actually sound very good and it doesn't really have anything else going for it. the songwriting is super predictable and stale after 2 or 3 listens
i'm not one of those guys who insists it's just a nmh clone, because it's not, but it still kinda fails on its own merits

This is pretty much exactly it.
tumblr incarnate. Avalanche is decent, though.

way less like NMH than people say it is. not as re-listenable as ITAOTS and the bad bits of this are worse but the best bits are also better.
pretty fun every once in a while, 8/10
one of jordaan's weaker albums imo
the decline is much better

I saw it called an ajj clone more than anything gashcat or gaschat was the nmh rip off

thank you. I never share opinions on here because i dont want to inadvertently piss someone off or sound retarded, but im glad you feel the same about this album.
I used to like it but now it's so, i dont know, too fucking try hard or something. still okay but damn, hard to stomach a full listen

meme album that i've never listened to

never heard that, desu it's not folk-punk enough, not funny enough, and too "big arty personal concept album" to be much like ajj.
if this is ITAOTS then ajj (especially their last three albums) is On Avery Island, or at least they're trying and failing to be

Just the vocals I meant.
