Electioneering is one of the best songs on the album. I've listened to the album multiple times and I don't at all remember what Let Down, Climbing Up The Walls, No Surprises, Lucky or The Tourist sound like. Electioneering though? I remember that song very clearly because it's actually interesting.

When I was 15 I rearranged the tracks so that No Surprises was last because it was my favorite song

TKOL era Radiohead is good, probably better than Hail to the Thief era Radiohead, they just fucked up the tracklist

Granted electioneering really does not go well with the album as a whole and it's organized like shit but it's not a bad song imo, I really don't get the hype about OK computer, Granted some of the best radioheads songs are there and when it gets good it really does get good but Kid A was a much more solid album imo
