My friend has a decent jazz band but he listens to like 1 album a year it's weird
put your points in spir, int and agi in that order
the same amount as my last two digits (out of 100)
If you mean a singer songwriter that makes his own music, i'm not sure, probably not a lot. If you mean a professional instrument player who plays in pro jazz bands/orchestras at, you need to be reeeeaaaaallllllly good.
as long as it is representative of your form of beauty or expression of your emotions, or just is just sonically artistic, you can call it music

this
you don't need to be a virtuoso, you just need to have played enough to be able understand what differences between whole and half steps sound like and how to order them in a ear catching way
percussion can be as simple as kick snare kick snare, once you get a grip on that its pretty easy to create good rhythms

What music skill? There's a lot
The most valuable one for me is a good ear, that's able to distinguish a interval very quickly

are you saying there is no artistic value in harsh noise and that it is not beloved by some?? is this not an interpretation of the emotions that Merzbow is feeling
