Dream Catalogue has released a great compilation album of vaporwave releases throughout 2015 called The Eternal Dream System, it's 4 hours long but absolutely worth checking out.

I'm more of a future funk/retrowave fan, but while it's not particularly complex it's pleasing on the ears and is good to get shit done to, so why does it particularly matter if it's "good"?
I have a similar opinion of Sabaton, they're not amazing players or songwriters but they have a formula that's really fun and works for them.
