Yeah I only heard of Dog Faced Hermans like two days ago through recs on another 5x5 or chart thread and I've been really enjoying them.

Listening to Faith Healers now who seem pretty solid as well so cheers for that! Do you have a favorite Robbie Basho album you'd rec to start with?

/mu/ you are my last resort. I need help finding a song and I just can not, for the love of me, find it. I heard it a couple of times. I thought I heard it in End of Watch but I checked the soundtrack and none of the songs match.
I only remember very few lyrics, which I am not even sure of if they are right. When I google them, I get nothing close. The lyrics I remember are as follows: In the chorus it is 'Change has come / Change is coming' and then there is one line that goes something like 'Mama's coming/going to help you'
The bass line in the verses is very heavy and clearly audible. It goes something like: du dum dududu du dum dududu du dum and when it goes into the chorus I think the bass stops and the melody brightens up.
You are my last resort. I know that you know this, guys.

Yeah man give the album a shot. I hated the singles until I heard them in context. It's not a brand new direction for him but I think it's a solid project and he brings the feels on this one more than he has in the past.

Yeah that Xiu Xiu is on my list because I was trying to get into them. Can't say it really worked... It was ok.

Grizzly Bear is great to me. Daniel Rossen is a genius IMO. It's all about dem layers. Which albums have you heard?
