I do, all my music and comics and books. I have a pretty good upload speed which I limit to one slot at a time. My download speed is good two and I make sure I'm not downloading more than two things at once, and that's only if they've got good speeds themselves. Plus I never download a shitload of someone's stuff in one go. Genuinely baffled on the couple of occasions someone's banned me mid-download.
