That's like asking Revolver vs. Sgt. Pepper, DSTOM vs. WYWH or even s/t vs. Abbey Road. Way too close to call. And who even cares? It's not like a definitive answer means anything.

OK Computer has a higher Metacritic score. There's your answer. It was as critically hailed as Sgt. Pepper.

For reference the first three are like 9-10 tier, Amnesiac-AMSP is about 7.5-8.5, Bends is a 6, PH is like a 4

Kid A has greater highs. Motion Picture Soundtrack is one of my favorite songs of all time. But as a whole I enjoy OK Computer more consistently.
