What's your favourite noise album ever? Why do you even like noise muic?
Also, uhhh... y'all mind if I get some more NOISE RECS? Noise rock is welcome as long as it's ore noise than rock.
here's a better version of the chart if you can't read the titles
>>72550688
Bitch you aint slick for throwing anal cunt in there
>>72551426
Well they are noisecore
>>72550658
>Peter Brotzmann
>Fushitsusha
>Ryoji Ikeda
>noise
>>72552814
I know all of those are not noise but they are to noisey or/and influential not to include
DAE not into noise, but into things influenced by noise?
>>72552872
This is hardly a useful genre chart then. Wouldn't posting this in a chart be more suitable than starting a new thread?
>>72550658
its literally just noise lmao
>>72554132
When i said all of those I meant
>Peter Brotzmann
>Fushitsusha
>Ryoji Ikeda
all other albums in the chart are noise, power electronics, noisecore etc
>>72550658
fuck all the people in this thread, this chart's pretty damn good man. i think you're justified placing Ryoji Ikeda, Fushitsusha, and peter brotzmann in the chart; the concept of purist noise is too ironic--the whole point is that there's no classification, and no container for noise, right? whatever, i appreciate this chart; there are a few on here i haven't listened to that i might check out.
thanks for making this thread, i stopped using /mu/ for a long time because the noise generals had stopped emerging, and that's really my only purpose for coming here--i'm hoping to see a renewal of /noise/ threads because i'm desperately in need of good new noise.
Lately i've been going through aaron dilloway's and kevin drumm's discographies, and once i complete those, I'm going to go through kazumoto endo and wolf eyes. Sheer Hellish Miasma is probably my all time noise album, though it's not something i listen to as frequently as certain power noise or power electronic albums.
i just listened to i am a lake of burning orchids for the first time last night (i had avoided them forever because i ignorantly thought they were a shitty post-rock band lol); i listened to innocence and summer veins and my mind was fucking blown repeatedly. the first track on innocence is possibly one of the best noise tracks i've ever heard.
how's the full of hell/merzbow collab? looks pretty interesting. also, i haven't listened to that propergol album; is it as good as program vengeance?
pic related is my rec for you if you haven't heard it. top notch power noise.
