Please explain to me how Fall Breaks And Back To Winter and She's Goin' Bald aren't outsider music. Except for the fact that they are The Beach Boys. Ignore that fact and just listen to the two songs. What if I told you an autistic kid made them in his basement? Would it be outsider music then?

does the label 'outsider music' not make it clear that it's music made by autistic kids in basements (among other things) rather than multimillionaire pop bands on major labels? like, would beyonce hooting and farting into a microphone be outsider music? is there a certain set of sounds that falls under that aegis? where does it begin and end?
