liquid drum and bass was already shit and this guy managed to find away to make it even shittier. kudos.
>>72536166
Isn't he a liquid dnb producer?
>>72536471
>implying he only makes liquid
>>72536474
He makes other stuff too. Collabs with TC and a couple of others
Listen to this EP. It's golden
>>72536555
eh, gave ''we will be'' a listen just now, generic... i'll never understand how skilled producers and vocalists make shit like this, it's so sad.
>>72536724
Listen to stuff like brand new and flatline a shot. They're his more typical stuff. If you ask me, album isn't too bad, but I was expecting better vocals and breakdowns. Would have gone through the roof if Andy C put his name on a song
>>72537129
>brand new
don't like some aspects of it but banger overall
>flatline
it's alright, not my thing.
>>72536166
didn't expect to see this record here
honestly it's trite
and that's coming from a huge dnb and wilkinson fan
like could he cheapen and sell out his sound any more? the flume/fuck-boy audience him and netsky are trying to cater to can probably see right through this shit as well as any dnb head
should have taken notes from say fred v + grafix on how to create still engaging dnb pop
>>72537291
Pretty much this. It's a mixed bag of good songs and those that are just bland
>>72537421
If you ask me, he should have done a style reminiscent of his old stuff. That was what did well. It's like he wanted that crowd but ended up with a disappointment. At least wash out sounds tight. Hell, even hospital put out better albums then RAM this year, even with ram having DC breaks release a album
>>72537421
Also, Fred v and grafix are still top notch. Culture shock, however, takes the cake for best pop sound in DnB.
