Wouldn't call it a 10/10, but pretty good emo ep
This is fantastic, and the change in sound is wonderful. Too bad they ran it to the ground in their next full length.

Big fan of Arcade Fire's debut.

>>72531833
I actually found this one pretty weak. My favorite under the radar Dean Blunt EP is either the original Skin Fade mix or Platinum Tears. Both of those I thought were superior to the subsequent studio albums

about this ep and band
>>72523996
I find this band so cringy. After just listening to this ep I'm reminded of it again.
Are you all americans?
Does it stir up admiration when the pseudo-intelligent pleb is ranting?
Why do you like this band/ep?
It could be a subjective thing. They just seem like a pretentious band for teenagers who crave to be edgy and deep.
The music itself is alright, interesting enough.
>>72524023
I noticed you got no replies. I love this ep. I wish of Montreal got more respect on this board.
>tonight i feel like I should just destroy myself
>tonight i feel like I should just explode my seeeellllfffff
>myself myself MYSELF
>>72533624
the only good thing tool did
>>72547434
Stop using "pseudo" buzzword as a form of critique, its lazy. The band makes interesting soundscapes and can shift the mood of a song quickly and it resonates with people. I like GY!BE because they're from my hometown, and have attended several shows of theirs and those are an experience within themselves.
And the guy ranting is either a vagrant on the street (or an actor depending on what theory you ascribe to) and fits in with the bands anti-authoritarian and anarchist sentiments
>>72524070
such a fantastic fucking cover. Its so terrifyingly ominous
>>72535782
My man
>>72523996
>>72533624
