After one listen, definitely better than the last few albums. Can't say it's as good as Leviathan. It has some bad radio-songs which is not surprising, but a lot of good stuff. A positive surprise for sure.

It doesn't and it isn't.
Most of the tracks sound like they didn't make it onto Crack the Skye, because they were too weak. Hell, at times it sounds like a band ripping off older Mastodon without understanding what made them good.
And let's not talk about them shoehorning in Brann as the lead vocalist as often as possible. I like him on some tracks but most of the time his voice would be more fitting for some shitty alt-rock band.
