Which is somewhat of a valid statement, I do think it really lacks what made Gorillaz great in the first place.
But overall it's a pretty good album with just a few shitty tracks, I feel like it's better than Plastic Beach on just an average "how many tracks are actually good" scale.

I'm just irritated that four of the five best tracks were released as singles, because I'd already kinda burned them out for myself by the time it came out.
I know that's how singles usually work but c'mon, throw in some of the weird tracks or something.
