Pretty much most in their 30s. It's like
modeling or porn, or anything involving women really. Women have less of a grace period than men when the new girls step in the door. The music industry drags old bags along trying to convince them of continuing relevancy (Madonna, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson) but they usually get no play and no producer is trying to waste a beat or song writers a song on them when the fresh meat is in and has some years ahead of them.

I suspect it'll be the twins for Beyonce. She'll take a break, some other one will pop up and she'll come back aged and to diminished relevancy and then start to fall off.
