Almost all of Kraftwerk's original, /proper/ albums are short. I've been into Computer World lately, which is quite short (just under 35 min).

Weezer's Green Album is under 30 minutes. I don't personally care for it but I mention it simply due to the time constraint.

Also, no one in this thread has even mentioned Land Speed Record. For fucking shame.

Personally I'd much rather listen to an electronica EP with like 4-8 tracks, clocking in around the appropriate time, than most short "real" albums.
