Step 1: stop buying new unless you really desire it.

Step 2: find a local record shop or swap in your area. Set a budget and dont go over it. I stick with <$10 for a record unless I'm really interested in it. (Good condition larks tongues in aspic ran me 15, but it was worth it, see?)

Follow these steps and you'll have a pretty good collection without going broke because you're retarded.
