The first three Low albums. At least they experimented with every album after that.

Taking the obvious one.
Also free jazz.
Future Islands
I was listening to their new album and had to check that I didn't accidentally replay a song
>>72424707
I'll concede that there are a ton of samey emo bands, but the greats (American Football, Mineral, Rites of Spring) have a decent range
And their next 3 albums
>>72428371
>free jazz.
I'm not free jazz expert or anything, but not really.
>>72428502
I think it's one of those things that happen on the first listen, especially during the early years of Free Jazz, (Ornette Coleman and such).
I mean, Ed, Edd and Eddy's soundtrack kinda sounded the same and it was all free jazz. But yeah, I cannot imagine the (you)'s you could get if you posted that on the jazz threads.
>>72424445
convinced you've never actually heard the album
still in my top 10 albums of all time tho
>>72423964
I get wet
>>72424657
agreed. even though i really like those albums, Chuck's boner for being the Motorhead of death metal made for an ever increasing homogeny as Death became an ever more frustrating vehicle for him. SoP in particular is both sides of the Schuldiner coin in full flight - essentially a collection of samey riffs that happen to be collated into a series of great songs.
>>72423964
Lol. Fuck you op that album is great.
