it was alright

I liked it. Prefer Zach's "solo" stuff, especially Face Tat, but definitely a cool side project.

Id like to see Ride collaborate in his free time. But I'm not holding my breath.

yes, Scum With Boundaries was one of my favorite rock records from 2016. brilliant stuff. I can't wait for Bodyguard.

I'm not a huge fan of I've Always Been Good at True Love either. I really love Face Tat though.

new singles sucked but scum is a great fucking album

Astrological Straits and Face Tat are some of my favorite albums. That being said, The I.L.Y.S. isn't too much like Zach's solo projects but I still like them. Don't love the band yet, but I feel like it has real potential, because Scum was a HUGE improvement over True Love, it just had a big problem of songs overstaying their welcome. I'm really excited for Bodyguard.

It's pretty great, I just wish they didn't exist in the shadow of Death Grips. They have the potential to fill a really interesting niche.
