Not sure if this is a good place to post but didn't think I needed my own thread

Been looking into getting into collecting vinyl recently and want to know what all I would need to be able to listen to records I purchase

Talking to some friends and doing a little research online I've found that the AT-LP60 is a good beginner's turntable. I want to know what kind of experience you guys have had with this table. What did you like, what sucked?

Also have been hearing mixed responses as to whether or not I need a receiver with this. I can pay for one but if I don't need one right now, I would rather not pull that kind of money out.

I like mine, but I have a pretty cheap setup. If you have the money get a uturn or lp120, but lp60 is good to start with
