Most of them, actually. They just sell vague left wing values. And even that is only a recent thing - hip hop traditionally loves capitalism and neoliberalism.

It's probably the most popular genre going right now. If major labels are fully behind something, it's probably conservative.

People thought Kanye and Trump was weird, but it kinda seemed like the logical conclusion to the last 15 years of hip hop to me.
