the Quake soundtrack is by far Trent's best musical work
He looks super adorable in this picture.

he looks large
even though he's really a manlet

i fucking love Quake 1 im so glad someone said this
but that doesnt mean his early work PHM through to the singles before The Fragile isnt still top tier 90s
Unironically yes
>>72360644
holy fuck no, it was the first time he phoned it in by delivering 50 minutes worth of boring ambiance.
probably his least exciting 90's work aside from a pretty cool main theme.

Quake ost is TDS: The Instrumental.
I hope he does more Nine Inch Nails based instrumental work in the near future. A hard sounding instrumental album preferably.

He may have phoned it in, but it still surpasses most of his other output for a simple reason:
he doesn't sing over it.
>>72360845
Absolutely
I can't stand his wimpy voice.

Age has hardened his voice up. His live performances especially.
If he's not afraid to dig into his industrial past with NTAE, then having a full blown industrial revival instrumental album would be perfect.

maybe live, but on his albums, he sounds wimpier with each new thing he releases. That might be because since The Fragile, he tends to over-produce it, which makes every unpleasant nasal inflexion more audible.
quake had a soundtrack? wtf
