If you're gonna do that you have to scrap Boulevard of Broken Dreams too cause they blend
but save yourself the trouble and>>72356558
>>72356476
Add Boulevard of Broken Dreams to that and you have a deal.
Why can't we all just realize that like me, this album affected all of us at a youngish age, and was actually a decent rock opera?
>>72357349

*deletes the memory of being 12 years old*
the only good punk rock album in this century
>>72358453
Green Day hasn't been "punk" since Clinton's first term.
>>72357349
Actually a good rock album. Give it a few more years and people will appreciate it.
>>72356476
why would you delete the only good song on the album
>>72356476
That song, like it or not, will become a future classic. American Idiot is too grating to be considered a positive memory, but Holiday will be a "defining song of 2000s rock" in 20 years. Doesn't mean I'd pick it for that honor though.
Honestly that's an interesting thing to think about, what the general public will remember as "definitive classics" of a time that isn't far enough away yet to be remembered as vintage.
