Remember Kid Cudi's first album? The late 2000s were a strange but comforting time in music.

whenever I get really fucked up sitting at my computer I spend hours looking up all the bullshit I listened to from around 2008 - 2011. I remember I was moving to a new place and I found my old ipod with all the music I had on it from middle school through high school, gave me some strange feels going back through it
It's a good time and then it becomes a sad time
I dunno but here's a song I used to love and then rediscovered recently

>But they all didn't see the little bit of sadness in me
motm ii was his best but old cudi and kanye really did shape modern pop in a crazy dystopian sort of way.
His music used to and still hits the feels especially when he talked about having a dead parent but now that I know exactly what its like it really fucks me up when I hear it in his music

I started hs in 07 and my ipod from back then is literally sitting dead in the drawer beside me. I'd kill to see my music from back then, mostly garbage but it'd be pure nostalgia. These are some of the few I've found but there's so many lost ones

Not even memeing, this song was basically my life at the time, only my dad never died. Still the song I most relate to, probably.
