yes it's quite interesting. short answer is probably money but ten years ago p4k wouldn't have touched riot-era paramore. now, somehow, this pop pastel iteration of the band is a more adult and serious matter, worthy of a big headline. poptimism has ushered in a brave new world — too bad it's all surface and sheen; capital masquerading as social justice

I never identified as a Paramore fan back in their hayday, but i'm a bonnafied pophead now and I gotta say this ain't bad at all.

The only thing is that I wish they did more with the chorus on the 3rd repeat! maybe another guitar riff or something. It's a good chorus, but it just feels empty after hearing it so many times exactly the same.

Really hard to gauge the album with this. "Ain't it fun" and "still into you" were not at all like the rest of the self-titled album so I guess I just have to wait. Cool to see they're still making the effort to show off the other members more. The idea that've become so successful in a day and age where one person is singled out as the creative mind in the mainstream it's nice to see them push the band aspect so intensely.

The only reason Zac's back in the first place is because Hayley probably paid him to come back.

Jeremy had just left the band and Paramore almost became a duo with only Hayley and Taylor. They obviously couldn't do an album like that, so Hayley probably made a deal with Zac.

With that being said, I doubt Josh would come back.

Well I have to say that before hearing the song, "Ain't it fun" I was absolutely going to kill myself. I put the song on right before I was going to finally cut throat with a rusty dull knife and when I heard the lyrics "Ain't it fun living in the real world
Ain't it good being all alone" I realized it was okay to be a loser perma-virgin and I put my knife down right then and there and went out and bought every Paramore album. I've literally been jerking off to Hayley every night since that day and I have to say it's better than having a girlfriend ever could be, I'm literally outside of Hayley's house now typing this and just waiting for her to come out so I can watch her all day again. She'll be mine some day...I swear it...I swear by my fedora and the gods of the sky I will even if I must strike down the men in my way with my katana.
