The current Amorphis vocalist has a good live voice, both clean and guttural. Since you're pointing out mainstream bands I'd guess you've already heard of Lamb Of God and Gojira. Testament, Kreator, Destruction and Death Angel are also good live thrash bands.

Most metal vocalists are distorted to shit on albums.

Most of them also can't perform live to save their life.

I like Trivium live but it also depends how you feel about Trivium. Converge is good, All Pigs Must Die is good, At the Gates but Lindberg's voice is going out. Nails are good. Oathbreaker is good. These are just bands that have good screaming vocalists performances.
