Why do the Mono and Stereo versions of the title track sound

Because one's in mono and the other is in stereo.

What is the difference between the two, if I'm wearing headset then what differences will I notice (this goes for any track), I've never noticed before what the big difference is.

Take Sgt. Pepper's, it's like the randomly threw each instrument/vocal track to a single channel and called it a day.

Help! and Rubber Soul in mono is horrible. Just listen to the title track oh god PTSD.

Everything else is okay or better in Mono besides White album

no dude. it's a pretty well established thing that any beatles album not originally released in stereo sounds shit in stereo

That stereo mix specifically was done in less than an hour with none of the Beatles present. That's why they're re-doing it this year.
