I like TLOP better but it's not really a rap album imo. I also don't mean to say that Kanye has transcended genres either. I just feel like I listen to Kanye for the production more than anything and on a Kendrick album I'd pay more attention to the lyrics. Also not to say all of Kanye's lyrics are wack or filler. Too different to compare imo.
