Consistency
A good establishing opener
A satisfying closing track
Brings something different to the table or perfects something else

Or the complete opposite of all of the above depending on the artists intentions.

Uniqueness, timing, effort (or lack thereof)

Subjective things, no album is truly a 10

The majority of the tracks have to be good, maybe good enough to stand alone. A few tracks have to be amazing, better than just about anything else in the genre.
