Graham Sutton is an absolute genius. The slice of ambient/drone that happens at about the 4:30 minute mark onward is musical heaven.

That is a solid album indeed. The guy had been also producing drum&bass at some point.

Boymerang is incredibly underrated. I've never seen it posted in drum n bass threads. I wish he would take some time off producing and go back to making music.
Such a beautiful album, I uploaded it here in flac a while back if the archive ever starts working again
Anyone know of more stuff along the lines of this? Outside of other bark psychosis releases
This band was the best discovery I've made all last year

If you think of post-rock-ish and dreamy type of stuff here's one for you. I believe it was never shared anywhere before and is ultra obscure. Zero info on the band as well.

I listened to this and Hex a little while ago and I know Hex is the one that gets all the attention, but I liked Codename: Dustsucker so much more.
The drumming is incredible on it, at certain points it all comes together in a way that just feels like it melds post-rock, jazz and shoegaze into one, it's fucking good.

Isn't it literally "found" drum tracks from the Talk Talk drummer that they then wrote the songs around?
It makes me happy to see how positive the discussion is in here.

No, he just plays the drums on it. "Found drums" is from past Bark Psychosis drummer Mark Simnett

ahh I see, nevermind

Likewise.
Anyone here like Hood? They're probably the most directly inspired by Bark Psychosis.
