A good album? Definitely. Probably my favourite Wu Tang solo project, right above Liquid Swords. Knowing what I know about ODB, I'm not quite sure if he was entirely self aware about the album, so I dunno if I could call it intelligent.

ODB has that same kind of idiot savant thing that Jeffrey Lee Pierce and Kurt Cobain had - like I wouldn't trust him with a project or want to talk world politics with him, but he was bursting with an insane amount of creativity
