It's not that accessible, White pepper is their most accessible and even still it's easily one of their best for a reason. It's just really great, great concept and album art and trippy and has some amazing songs some of their best work. Seriously, Mutilated Lips, The Mollusk, Cold Blows The Wind are god-tier ween songs.

The Mollusk is amazing but I feel like I like Quebec just a bit more since it feels more mature and the songs sound better IMO

Correct. The trippy nautical theme which they made when they lived by a beach and were tripping on psychs makes you feel like you're being pulled under water by giant sea creatures while listening. The cohesive, psychedelic and enchanting nature with high replay value and classics like Mutilated Lips, Cold Blows The Wind, Buckingham Green, Polka Dot Tail, and I'll Be Your Johnny On The Spot really make this their masterpiece as Gene himself admitted.

This is a good, maybe even great album but it's gotten to be a bit overrated on here and it's basically a meme now too. Songs like Captain Fantasy and Pork Roll Egg and Cheese are amazing and the hazy, very-brown, grungy sound is very interesting and it's easily their most experimental. It can be considered one of their best perhaps but THE best? Debatable. I say no, personally. It just is missing SOMETHING. Something that isn't there.

This album is a fun, goofy one. Songs such as The Stallion Pt 3, Tender Situation, Dont Get 2 Closet 2 My Fantasy, Little Birdy, and Reggae Junkie Jew are amazing, trippy and really cool lo-fi songs. It's a pretty damn good album, but I'd rank it in the top 3.

Possibly the best contender besides The Mollusk and maybe Quebec which are also both psychedelic and awesome. This has a good mix of classic weirdness of Ween and also a more accessible and pro-type sound. I really like it. Pretty strong throughout. One of their most diverse albums too.

Quebec > The Pod > The Mollusk > too lazy to order the rest

Quebec is their most mature sounding one, and although it's not really a concept album it does seem to have some theme's about depression and things of the sort. The Pod is a super fun listen, and love the lo-fi sound. The Mollusk is great but I just end up enjoying the songs on Quebec/The Pod a whole lot more.
