Nah, it's a close second but overall nothing they made flows as well both sonically and conceptually as Dark Side. The instrumentation is also a lot more interesting throughout the entire album. It just happens to be the one that normies caught onto so lots of people like to be contrarian, but in my personal opinion it stands out as their best from an objective standpoint.

Echoes is easily their best song however.
