"Faggot" is only a slur against homosexuals in American English, which King Crimson obviously doesn't speak. In British English, a "faggot" is actually a British meatball-esque abomination that's extremely, incredibly unhealthy. "Health food faggot" is an oxymoron, which fits the theme of the song - a living contradiction.
