I wouldn't call it that. Not even all Angels of Light is in that style, really just New Mother and The Burning World. There are certainly similarities, but I don't think it can be reduced to neofolk.

Honestly though, most "neofolk" artists can't be reduced to just neofolk. Brown Book is a Post-Punk record through and through. And much of Current 93's repetoire is far too experimental to be neofolk.
