The only good thing about it is that it drives further the contrast they wanted to make between the two albums. As is, the Kid A version is definitely the superior one, while the Amnesiac feels more like a remix; besides it is so short it's almost an interlude.
I'm not even talking about 5/4 vs 4/4, because then someone will barge in saying "durrr, a song isn't good just cause of time signatures, let's all just listen to Dream Theater instead"
