No they're actually pretty good. Their first album is great and I really memes on the themes. There's actually a lot of emotion and the meaning of the songs is pretty diverse (though focused around the more painful side of relationships). The second album is ok but not as good, there are still some great tracks on it. The third album is better than the second and has some really nice songsmith, however it's a little over produced, as Jamie xx has become a bit more confident.
