You don't need to cross your eyes or anything like that. What you need to do is force your eyes to focus on the wall behind your monitor (while still looking at your screen) and then slowly move your head backwards. Don't focus your vision on your monitor at all, imagine you're looking through it at the wall behind.

Once you do get to see the illusion you can focus on it freely.

You're literally just shifting the focus of your vision from the foreground of the image to the background. Hold an object in front of your face so that it is in focus, then make whatever it is that's behind the object come into focus so that object "splits". Now do this with all of these pictures, you'll see shapes pop out if you do it correctly. I've been doing this shit since I was in elementary school, it's not difficult.
