Y'all know the drill at this point. Please don't be one of those people that keep the thread from dying by posting their own stuff without giving feedback.
Here's an album that I've worked on for the past five months. I hope you enjoy it!

that sounds really pretentious, all I can say most of the tracks feel like interludes and the interlude actually stands out, I'd reccomend to stay on the more pop side like you did on budddwyer suicide
fav tracks: people III, untitled interlude, budd dwyer suicide
>>71937496
you're expecting way too much of me if you thought I was going to listen tricaine, asellidae tracks were better, your process is far far more interesting than the results, sorry buddy, also your whole aesthetic looks kinda chessy

Alright, I appreciate it. You're the kind of person that make these threads great, giving great notes and being legitimate instead of purely pushing your own music. So thanks! I hope you keep it up.

Cool songs man, I am getting a Smiths vibe from it. Also, you sound like a male, heavier version of Winter (I am not trying to say your music doesnt have personality, just that it reminded me of the band Winter). Surreal is clearly the highlight of the EP, but you guys should really think of recording the next thing (album, EP, Single, whatever) with higher audio quality.
Anyways, gave you guys a like on FB to follow you. Cheers!

Pretty fantastic name. What kind of synths do you usually use?

Your album artwork is incredible. The music is great, I love the incorporation of ocean sounds in the background, (in case nobody could tell btw, im obsessed with oceans, water, rain, etc.) I actually downloaded Life In Technicolor from the active listener a few years ago before I even came here. Good stuff.
>>71938736
I really like the late night vibe to skeletons, the semi quiet mixing and overall minimalistic instrumentation made for a very realistic portrayal of trying to play music in a place you have to be quiet in. I don't know why, since the guitars and vocals were probably recorded loud but still. I liked it.

Your cover is really beautiful, so I listened to your's first. The music was top notch; the timing wasn't PERFECT but I assume you recorded large portions in single takes, which is cool, because it sounds very live. The harmonies and the tone of the instruments and the way it all fit together was very nice too, if I could suggest anything though, it would be to compress the guitar maybe JUST A BIT because I can tell that you really want it to sound real and in person, but it is sometimes distracting to hear all those pesky inevitable guitar noises (fret noise, picking noise) or a little hard to hear at times. Enjoyed it overall

I know the tone is suck
>>71947209
It's not as terrible as I thought it would be, though I wasn't expecting a literal DI recording.
There are some tasty riffs in there, and then there's some stuff I'd love to hear properly recorded, because goddamn is it muffled.
