Why? In my opinion it could be their best album since City of Evil, and after Hail to Metallica I didn't expect them to make an even decent comeback.

"Waste of time" is a relative concept, and it depends on the enjoyment you get out of something. It really makes you wonder why, after 6 "bland and unimaginative" albums you still decided to waste even more time on this one.
