Not really. Mostly he's just crazy, and I don't really blame him. If you've seen Indie Game: The Movie you know what he went through

Here's a quick rundown: He developed the game over the course of 5 years with ONE other person and completely re-did it from scratch 3 times. At some point in the course of 3 months his funding got cut, his girlfriend cheated on him, the one other guy that was developing the game quit and he was left with nothing occupying his life except developing the video game day and night while 4chan trolls explicitly went out of their way to fuck with him in every crevice of social media and act as moronic as possible.

One of the most popular ones was "Haha this game is just a Dr. Who reference". Because the character has a fez. Of course that's fucking retarded and the game has nothing to do with Dr. Who and it drove him crazy.

I barely blame him for how he turned out. People just go crazy under dire circumstance.

Watch the movie, it's fantastic.
