It has some great moments but some parts feel unfinished, which was not what I expected from Phil at all

It's definitely flawed, yeah. It has huge highlights but "Spring", "Books" and "This" all feel a bit underwhelming and especially Books is a track that /should/ build up like other instrumentals, but goes almost nowhere.
Love the first half and the last track to death.
