I have never seen anyone here talk about Iceage
you are extremely new
sage
i have
they've got better with every release
I see the discussed a lot but it was just an okay album that I only cared enough to listen to twice before I decided that I no longer wanted to hear it again
they were FOTM when you're nothing and plowing were released in their respective years

they are great
but they are talked about pretty often (should be a bit more though)

ice age is boring but elias is top effay
>>71785933
yeah they're pretty lowkey on here, which I don't really mind actually. they're really great though, Marching Church and the entire Copenhagen scene there. I hear they played a set recently with a bunch of new songs so we may get a new album this year or next year.
the riff on the title track of that album is so gr8

pitfol is better as a whole album than their previous two but their best songs (white rune, ecstasy, broken bone) are on their earlier releases. the first two songs on pitfol are great but then it sizzles out imo

On My Fingers is one of the weakest tracks on pitfol imo. Forever, S/T, Let in Vanish, and Against the Moon are probably my favourite tracks

cimmerian shade is great too.

Plowing is one of my most favorite albums, every song on it is a 10/10
they've gotten better with each release so I wonder what they'll do next
also even if they only make 2 or 3 more albums I'd be happy because everything so far has been solid
Morals is their best song

idk man, on my fingers is a jam. i really liked them more when they had that sort of lo fi gritty punk sound as compared to their newer more polished stuff. i feel like elias is trying too hard to sound like nick cave. interested to see what they'll do next
I'm not downright in love with the band, but their latest release is pretty good.

Marching Church tour is over now, and Iceage are the roster for a couple festivals later this year, so I think we actually might be getting a new Iceage release
I think their first two albums were a lot better than PitFoL, all of them have had some great fucking tracks but when PitFoL songs were bad, they really fucking sucked (see: Simony)

Agreed with everything you've said.
Honestly I have really high hopes for them, they could've easily stuck to the sound of their first two albums but branched out. I'm just excited to see what direction they go with their fourth release.
