I plan to buy a moog, probably sub 37, but I am in fear of they will come up with new stuffs this year or next year.

Whatever Moog comes out with this year will be:

1. Expensive
2. Unique sounding

Go for the Sub 37 methinks. Or buy a Sub Phatty and get a head start on saving for whatever Moog shits out next.

What's the appeal of FM synthesis? What can it do that subtractive synthesis can't?

How do you know, I think they are moving to Eurorack. I do not want to do the purchasing right now, maybe I should wait for NAMM summer.

Other manufacturers are making lots of vintage analog synths, maybe we will have more choices.

Currently have an MS20 mini, small format keys are a little annoying but the thing sounds great.
Currently saving up to get another synth. I want a polyphonic synth for pads. Mostly been looking at various vintage string synths, fairly settled on a Korg Delta.

I bought a Minibrute as my first synth because it's really cheap and seams quite good. Is it high quality for it's price point or have I been memed?
