No idea about mainstream punk bands, but the people I know who play punk music are very opposed to PC culture. Same goes for people I know who are a part of that scene in general. If they're a woman then it's more likely, but yeah... Most of the people who are most embedded in that scene (in my area) are not down with that. I'm not really into that scene at all, but I know more punk musicians who support Trump (and that's not many) than punk musicians who are trying to be politically correct. Mostly they fall somewhere between those two groups, as most people who bother to think for themselves do.

Friendly reminder that punk was started as a meme marketing ploy to sell some Brit-bong's wife's BDSM wares to the disenfranchised youth. Punk has always been more concerned with image than the music and saps money from children that want to feel like they are a part of some big cultural movement when really they are just consuming products. This new brand of PC punk music is just another way that the original meme music is being used to suck monetary power away from the proletariat.

Punk is overwhelmingly socialist and far left thinkers where I'm at. The music is awesome though. I wouldn't say the guys I know are SJWs/crybullies/transexual. They're more or less either big into drugs or in recovery.

Punk rock has always been left-leaning in majority.
The movement at its roots was influenced by the Situationnist International and anarchism.
The Sex Pistols triggered the Tories, the Clash supported the Sandinistas, Crass were anarcho-pacifists, feminists and vegans, Gang of Four were communists, etc.
The white supremacist bands came later, and always were a minority.

The punk scene becoming more """PC""" is just a side-effect from the left becoming more focused on identity politics nowadays (and whenever this is a good thing or not is up to debate).
Try to see beyond the limited American way of categorizing political stances into a liberal vs. conservatives binary fight. Punks regularly organize concerts in squats, and neoliberals like the Clintons are against that kind of libertarian thing.
